1. What Arabiyyah is

Arabiyyah (arabiyyah.org) is a free web application for learning Fusha (Modern Standard) Arabic: lessons, vocabulary flashcards with spaced repetition, quizzes, and media exercises. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must not attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that abuse the service (e.g. automated scraping, attempts to disrupt the site, or illegal activity).

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site only for personal, non-commercial language learning, and not to interfere with its operation, probe its security, or copy its content at scale.

4. No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it available and to preserve your learning progress, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or loss-free data storage. Lesson content may contain errors and can change or be removed at any time.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Arabiyyah is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Termination

You can stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may discontinue the service or these terms with reasonable notice on the site.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current revision; continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
